Product License

What the license allows

Unless a product page states otherwise, one purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included presets, samples, loops, textures, and generated outputs in personal and commercial music, film, television, games, podcasts, live performance, broadcast, and other audiovisual productions.

You may edit, layer, process, resample, and combine the sounds as part of a larger original production. Finished productions may be distributed, sold, streamed, licensed, and performed without additional royalties to Kreativ Sound.

What the license does not allow

Do not resell, share, sublicense, upload, or redistribute the original files or lightly modified versions as presets, sample packs, libraries, templates, or standalone downloads.
Do not make the files available through shared drives, repositories, peer-to-peer services, or team accounts unless a separate multi-user license has been agreed.
Do not claim authorship or ownership of the underlying Kreativ Sound source files.
Do not use the files to train or assemble a competing preset, sample, or sound-library product without written permission.

Free and Lite products

Free and Lite downloads use the same production license unless their product page includes different terms. They may be used commercially inside finished productions but may not be redistributed as source files.

Browser tool outputs

You may use presets and audio exported by Kreativ Sound browser tools in personal and commercial productions. Rights in any source material you load remain your responsibility, and generated output must not be used to redistribute protected source files.
