Who operates this site

Kreativ Sound is an independent sound-design project operated by Andrei Olaru. Privacy questions can be sent to info@kreativsound.com.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics are optional on this website. They load only after you choose "Accept analytics." They may process information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser details, referral source, and interaction events.

Your analytics preference is stored in your browser under kreativ-analytics-consent. If local storage is unavailable, the site uses a first-party preference cookie with the same name. You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy settings button in the footer. Declining analytics does not limit site functionality.

Local browser storage

The site stores your light or dark theme preference locally. Preset Mutator may also store a license token locally after you unlock Pro. These values remain in your browser until you clear them.

Browser tools and files

Preset Mutator and Wave Mutator are designed to process source presets and audio locally in your browser. Kreativ Sound does not receive or store files you load into these tools unless a tool explicitly tells you otherwise before an upload.

Purchases and external services

Purchases are completed through Gumroad or PayPal. Those services receive the information needed to process payment, deliver products, and issue receipts under their own privacy policies. Kreativ Sound may receive purchase details supplied by the checkout provider, such as your email address, product, transaction status, and license information.

Contact and retention

If you email Kreativ Sound, your message and contact details are used to answer the request and maintain relevant support or transaction records. Data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for support, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information held directly by Kreativ Sound, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements. Contact info@kreativsound.com with the email address connected to your request.
