Refund Policy

Start with support

If a download is missing, corrupt, duplicated, or materially different from its description, contact info@kreativsound.com. Include the purchase email, product name, and a short description of the problem.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Duplicate charges, files that cannot be delivered, and confirmed product defects are eligible for correction, replacement, or refund. Compatibility issues are reviewed against the requirements published on the product page.

Because digital products are delivered immediately, change-of-mind refunds may be limited after downloading where applicable law and the checkout consent allow it. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Gumroad and PayPal purchases

For Gumroad purchases, reply to the receipt email or contact Kreativ Sound directly. Gumroad explains that creators set and handle their own refund policies. PayPal requests should also start with Kreativ Sound so the transaction can be identified and resolved promptly.

Processing

Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside Kreativ Sound's control.
